日本暢銷少女漫畫《交響情人夢》，描述一位天才又冷酷的音樂家遇上熱愛音樂的開朗女主角野田妹，2人也從互相看不順眼到擦出愛火，翻拍成日劇後再度翻紅，更把主角群上野樹里、玉木宏、瑛太推向事業高峰。事隔21年，去年9月推出新裝版，不過卻有眼尖粉絲發現，其中一幕野田妹遭襲胸的畫面被改掉了，作者二之宮知子也證實，坦言「連我自己看了都不舒服！」
2021年9月《交響情人夢》推出新裝版，在其中一幕，千秋真一的啟蒙導師「修德列傑曼」站在野田妹背後，直接伸出狼爪抓住野田妹的胸部。不過在新裝版中，修德列傑曼卻改成抓著野田妹肩膀。二之宮知子坦言有做修改「隔了一段時間回看當初的畫面，自己都覺得不舒服。」
對此，有網友支持這樣的決定，坦言這個作品會流傳下去，更獲得二之宮知子親自回應「沒錯，也不想要這樣的事情出自於我之手。」
