改革开放以来
1978年，党的十一届三中全会开启了改革开放伟大进程。党的十八大以来，以习近平同志为核心的党中央高举改革开放伟大旗帜，以巨大的政治勇气和智慧，提出全面深化改革总目标是完善和发展中国特色社会主义制度、推进国家治理体系和治理能力现代化，着力增强改革系统性、整体性、协同性，啃下了不少硬骨头，闯过了不少急流险滩，改革呈现全面发力、多点突破、蹄疾步稳、纵深推进的局面。纵观45年改革开放历程，我国成功实现从高度集中的计划经济体制到充满活力的社会主义市场经济体制、从封闭半封闭到全方位开放的伟大历史转折，生产力得到前所未有的大解放，综合国力显著增强，人民生活明显改善，国际影响力大幅提升，走出一条在一个十几亿人口的发展中大国摆脱贫困、迈向富强的崭新道路。
