為了擁有好身材，鮪魚肚也可以練成肌肉男！日本一名男子為了練出動畫《鬼滅之刃》當中「伊之助」的完美身材，一年前開始在推特上紀錄自己滑滾輪勤練健身的過程，經過一年後日前他分享成果，原本圓潤的鮪魚肚已經充滿「8塊肌」，引起網友熱烈討論！

根據了解，這名目前33歲的男子是一名上班族，一年前他為了想要練出動漫中伊之助的好身材，他決定戴著野豬頭套，不間斷地每天練習100下的滾輪運動，並天天記錄身體的變化，到了2月底時剛好滿一年，隨即在推特上分享這一年的成果。只見他寫下365天內總計做了2萬2920次膝式滾輪、1萬3037次立式滾輪，體重也從一開始的70.1公斤，減下13.1公斤，目前已來到57公斤！
