我们的主人公是一名浑身肌肉的咸湿体育老师这名德艺双馨的认真老师最近有一个烦恼眼看着女子田径秋季大赛要开始了但是三明主力队员：千秋、沙希、早苗三人还是该化妆化妆，该摸鱼摸鱼完全没有一点紧张感！！ [这样下去完全打不了比赛！不行！现在开始进行强化合宿！] 于是，在荒无人烟的深山老宅中，赛前痛苦合宿训练！开始了！而为了激发大家对于训练的积极性 每天成绩垫底的女生，就必须面对鬼*畜至极，让人脑子里都爽的一片空白的H惩罚！ 一整天！！！！！
