30年前，遭到细菌攻击而被遗弃的“封印都市”现如今已经变成了由自动战斗机械控制的无人的废墟。
他好不容易走到了那里，拖着疲惫不堪的身躯躲进了一座大厦里。
那儿有个天象仪。从前，人们通过眺望满天的星星来医治心灵的创伤。
他在那儿受到一个名叫“梦美”的女孩的接待。
30年来，这个女孩等待着来访的人，给他们充当天象仪的解说员。
其实，她是个坏了的机器人。
由于“梦美”的乞求，为了能够让毁坏的投影仪动起来，他夜以继日地修理着……
