《グリーフシンドローム（GRIEFSYNDROME）》，國內譯作《憂鬱綜合症》或《悲傷綜合症》，又稱「魔法少女小圓同人遊戲」或「黃昏小圓」，是由日本知名的同人遊戲創作組織「黃昏フロンティ（黃昏邊境）」於2011年8月11日的Comic Market80上推出的一款大人氣同人遊戲。 該遊戲很大程度還原了原作《魔法少女小圓》中的人設、背景及情節等，遊戲關卡的流程及幾名魔法少女和「魔女」及「使魔」的特點也忠實於動畫，細節和遊戲背景方面的刻畫也相當成功，並且可實現最高3人的聯機遊戲，隨着輪迴周目的增加（通關一次後可選），玩家角色和怪物的屬性和難度也會隨之增加，具有很高的遊戲性。
