IT之家 9 月 2 日消息，据路透社报道，软银集团已将 Arm 的一些最大客户作为该芯片公司首次公开募股的战略投资者，其中包括苹果、英伟达、英特尔和三星电子。

知情人士透露，投资者还包括 AMD、Cadence Design Systems、Alphabet 旗下的谷歌、新思科技等。“谈判仍在进行中，其他一些潜在投资者也在讨论投资 IPO。”知情人士补充道。

从路透社获悉，Arm 的估值目标为 500 亿- 550 亿美元，其客户已同意在该估值范围内进行投资。知情人士称，苹果、英伟达和其他战略投资者已同意在此次 IPO 中各投资 2500 万至 1 亿美元，Arm 和软银已预留 10% 的股份供其客户在 IPO 中出售。

AMD、Arm、谷歌、英伟达和新思科技的代表拒绝置评。苹果、Cadence、英特尔和三星没有立即回应置评请求。
