毒盘svip下载请求中资源被限速等问题解决方法*PC端
试了很多种方法，删掉host，重下，重进，重装都不管用
唯独这个方法一试就灵验
- 首先退出百度网盘
- 删掉你的毒盘目录下这些文件

3.重新打开毒盘下载，就可以发现速度变回来啦
针对少数下载出现这种情况的，没问题的就不要尝试这个方法
如果删除文件后毒盘出现问题，卸载之后重新安装就行
